ABOUT OUR TAE KWON-DO SCHOOL
We offer a holistic approach to better fitness. Unified Tae Kwon-Do was established in Rochester in 1976, and has since spread across the United States. We continue this legacy with our youth and adult instruction, which aims to improve health, coordination, concentration, discipline, confidence, self-control, and awareness of our students. We believe that the study of Tae Kwon-Do can help our students to lead happy, healthy, and productive lives.

MEET OUR STAFF
Master Richard Kanous II is a dedicated Martial Artist with 25 years of experience in Unified Tae Kwon-DO. Richard is a 5th Degree Black Belt and Instructor. He sees Tae Kwon-Do as a means to Glorify God, instilling discipline, respect, and humility in himself and others. Through his unwavering dedication to both his faith and martial arts. Richard exemplifies a blend of physical, mental and spiritual growth.

Master Debra Quinn is a
5th Degree Instructor in Unified Tae Kwon-Do, she is a distinguished figure as a Technical Advisor for Unified Tae Kwon-Do Rocs. Notably, she holds the honor of being the first to achieve Unified Tae Kwon-Do's first Black Belt. Her journey showcases unwavering dedication and remarkable achievements in Unified Tae Kwon-DO Rocs.

Grand Master Rick Kanous is an 8th Degree Black Belt and instructor. He has been part of Unified Tae Kwon-Do for over 40 years, teaching both his son and daughter and watching them both achieve Black Belts. He now helps teach at his son's Tae Kwon-Do School and implements his wisdom and skills to students.
