  • 2010 3rd Dan Black Belt
  • 2010 Unified Tae Kwon-Do Certified Instructor and at age 17 began teaching as an Assistant Instructor at First Bible Baptist Church, Hilton, NY
  • At the age of 22 became the youngest 4th Degree Black Belt in the Rochester area Unified Tae Kwon-Do schools.
  • Numerous 1st & 2nd place trophies as a junior competitor along the East coast
  • 1st place 2016 Pan-American International Tournament
  • 2016 joined AAU, USA Taekwondo
  • 2017 US Open Taekwondo Championship
  • 2019 5th Dan Black Belt

 Master Kanous II brings youth, energy, vitality, and electrifying passion to his Tae Kwon-Do classes.
He teaches by example and encourages his students to strive for self-improvement in every aspect of their lives.
